I'm Arlene Santiago, the busy mom of three, fitness trainer and health coach. I help moms regain their energy and confidence in themselves through healthy eating and exercise.

I'm talking about the mom who runs around with their kids, The mom who works.  The mom who stops by fast food because it's convenient.  I'm talking about the mom who takes care of the kids, the house, the husband and everyone else but herself.

Why should you take my advice?

I have been there.  After each child it became increasingly difficult to lose weight.  I found it discouraging living the way I was -- giving into the temptation of sugar and taking the easy route of fast food and laying on the couch -- feeling drained.

I got fed up and got into the frame of mind to eat better, exercised more and ran several races to help lose weight and maintain activity.

My Why

Seeing loved ones suffer through disease is heartbreaking.  Hospital visits, falling, several medications, weakness, fainting.  Although we all have predispositions to disease, it's very possible certain diseases could have been prevented.

I made a conscious choice to change my life.  I don't want a life of hospitals and medications.  I want to be active to keep up with my kids and possible grandchildren in the future.

I help moms conquer their poor eating habits and increase their changes of a healthier future.

As a trainer, I noticed my clients struggle to eat better.  It's difficult with all the temptation around us.  Although both nutrition and exercise are both important.  I have decided to help moms eat better through concentrating on their mindset.
